I. BUYER GUIDE

1. How to Create a Shipment Request

When you want to purchase an item, create a Shipment Request and provide:

  • Product name
  • Detailed description (color, size, quantity, etc.)
  • Product link (if available)
  • Estimated price
  • Purchase location (store/website/city/country)
  • Delivery location
  • Expected delivery time
  • Who will pay for the item (Buyer pays online or Traveler pays at purchase)
Tip: Clear and complete information increases your chances of fast acceptance and reduces errors.
2. Payment & Service Fees

When submitting a request, the Buyer pays:

  • 100% of the product value
  • 10% of the product value: Traveler delivery fee
  • 5% of the product value: Shop&Carry platform fee
Example (Product value: 200 USD):
  • • 200 USD – Product cost
  • • 20 USD (10%) – Traveler fee
  • • 10 USD (5%) – Platform fee
  • • Total payment: 230 USD
The full amount is securely held by the system until successful delivery.

Buyers may offer a higher delivery fee to attract Travelers faster, especially for bulky items, fragile goods, urgent purchases, or routes with fewer Travelers.

3. After a Traveler Accepts
  • You receive a confirmation notification
  • You can track purchase progress
  • You can monitor shipping status
  • You can communicate directly with the Traveler
4. Order Status Tracking

5. Completing the Transaction
  • Confirm 'Item Received' in the system
  • Payment will be released to the Traveler

II. TRAVELER GUIDE

1. Accepting a Shipment Request

Travelers may browse available requests and accept ones that match their route and schedule.

  • Review product details carefully
  • Check delivery timeline
  • Confirm item size and weight
  • Review offered delivery fee
Important: Once accepted, the Traveler is responsible for completing the purchase and delivery as agreed.
2. Purchase & Delivery Responsibilities
  • Purchase the item as described
  • Keep proof of purchase (receipt/photo if required)
  • Regularly update purchase status
  • Update shipping progress
  • Deliver the item safely to the Buyer
3. Traveler Earnings
  • 10% of the product value as the standard delivery fee
  • 100% of any additional amount offered by the Buyer
Example (Product value: 200 USD):

Standard earning = 20 USD

If Buyer offers an extra 15 USD

Total earning = 35 USD

4. Payment Release

Payment is securely held by Shop&Carry and will be released to the Traveler only after the Buyer confirms successful delivery.
